• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or intimate items for hygiene reasons

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Security Ribbon
All items are fitted with a security ribbon. If the ribbon is removed or tampered with, the item will no longer be eligible for return or refund.
